Take a Hike, Ike
Well, our power came back on tonight, and with the tree removal service coming in tomorrow it looks like we’ll be out of this mess. This has definitely been an educational experience. We’ve experienced what it is like to be in a hurricane, grown closer to our neighbors, and have a few more stories to tell. While it’s going to be one of the more expensive weeks we’ve had, I still think we ended up on top. Anyway, as exciting as it is, I am going to sleep. Farewell!
